New Features
1. Payroll and Invoicing Summaries
When emailing payroll or invoices to staff, you will be shown an exportable list of staff members they will be unable to send to because they don't have a valid email address recorded.
2. Pay Rate Pattern Report
We have created a new report which shows the pay rate pattern that is assigned to each staff member. The report can be found in the Personnel > Listings folder. The permission to run this report is turned off by default and can be enabled in User Settings.
3. Daily Working Hours on 'Workforce Analysis' Report. People+ only
We have added a new column onto report '[658]: Workforce Analysis - Rota Group Extra Detail' which shows each staff member's daily working hours that are set up within the person's Post > Contract > Daily Working Hours.
4. Visible Filters on Shift Pattern Manager
When filtering on Shift Pattern Manager, you can now see which ones you have selected at the bottom of the screen.
5. Only Assign Linked Shifts if Worked by the Same Person
When using linked shifts with the Personnel or Availability Allocation Wizard, we have added an option to only assign linked shifts if the same person can work both shifts. This setting can be enabled in the Allocation section of the Wizard.
Other Changes
1. A column for 'Duty Station' has been added to the Adjustments and Leave screen
2. The time has been removed from the 'Date' column in the 'Detailed Output with Department Codes' export.
3. Report [582]: Sickness Analysis Per Person now uses the number in default settings to determine what counts as long term sickness.
4. The following columns have been added to report [849]: Employee Contract Details: 'Daily Working Hours', 'Pro-rata Salary', 'Basic Pay Per Month', 'Hourly Rate for Overtime', 'Primary Rota Group' and 'Post Start Date'.
Bug Fixes
1. When removing a person from a shift in View Rota and then re-adding them, the Team and Provisional Person fields were not populating. This has been resolved.
2. When amending a person's contract, the contract was being removed from future shifts. This has now been rectified and the contract remains against the shift once amended.
3. Special days were not included in the days filter on View Rota. This has now been rectified and Special Days are included in the filter.
4. Special days were not visible in Manage Calendar. This has been rectified and the details of the special day are now visible underneath the calendar.
5. The Budgeting tab in Rota Settings was showing the incorrect year. This has now been rectified.
