New Features and Changes

1. When registering for a new admin or member profile on the Staff Hub and there is an existing account linked to your email address, you can now request a password reset

Bug Fixes

1. New Rota Groups can now be uploaded successfully to Staff Hub

2. An error is no longer shown when using Shift Pattern Manager 

3. An error is no longer shown when quick editing a shift on Shift Pattern Manager and adding or editing a session fee

4. The 'Cannot Work With' rule now breaks when someone is added to a shorter shift than the shift of the other person they cannot work with 

5. When a staff member is removed from a shift, they are now unassigned from the shift adjustments in Adjustments and Leave if the default setting for 'Remove shift Adjustments when confirmed person is removed from shift or changed' is switched on 

6. When recording an adjustment or approving a leave request that spans two shifts and splitting one of the shifts, the break duration of the adjustment now updates to match the shift break 

7. When using Rota Reprice and selecting 'Current Rate', the Pay Rate Group on Adjustments does not update to match the Pay Rate Group of the shift if they are different 

8. Admin Hub - The Shift Bookings Log on the Admin Hub now shows the correct outcome of each shift booking
9. Admin Hub - Messages from Reminders and Requests are now sent successfully to all Posts

10. Staff Hub - When Mandatory Training is due today, the Mandatory Training page now loads as expected on Staff Hub

11. Staff Hub, Mobile App - An error is no longer shown when attempting to submit a shift booking and the approved shift booking type is set to 'Request and Remove'.

12. Staff Hub - When multiple people are off for part of the duration of a new leave request but not all of the dates overlap, the 'maximum number of people on leave on the same day' rule is no longer triggered

13. Staff Hub - Overnight shifts now show on the calendar view of My Rota when the Rota Upload End Date is the same date of the shift 

14. People+ - Changing only the end date of a Post contract now automatically reassigns remaining shifts to the new contract

15. People+ - Clearing a contract date on a Post no longer shows an error when saving

16. People+ - Post contracts can now be shortened successfully when there are shifts in the remaining time frame if there is another contract that can cover the shifts 

17. People+ - When a single Post contract end date is changed, all finance records on the following contract retain their individual dates 

18. People+ - When changing the dates of a Post contract, shifts and adjustments are successfully reassigned to the new contract if the role matches 

19. People+ When extending a Post contract end date, the finance record is now extended to match the new dates 

20. Leave+, People+ - Line Managers can now filter the Leave Requests screen by Rota Group, Team and Role. Filter options will only show where there are active leave requests  

21. Report [868]: Mandatory Training Requirements now displays the person's Team name in the Team Column instead of the Team Address 

22. Mobile App - Cancelling approved leave via the mobile app now sends an email to the staff member and admin/line manager
