New Features

1. Remove Shift Adjustments when Confirmed Person is Changed

You can now choose to automatically remove shift adjustments when a confirmed person is removed from a shift or the confirmed person is changed. The system setting for this can be enabled in Default Settings > Options > Shifts > 'Remove shift adjustments when confirmed person is removed from shift or changed'.

2. Notification for Indemnified Hours Reached

You can choose to be notified when a staff member hits a percentage of their maximum  indemnified hours. To set this up, first go to the Compliance section of a staff member's Personnel record and ensure there is a start and renewal date against the Indemnity record. Then, go to Notification Manager and select a new Notification type of 'Maximum Indemnified Hours'. Once set up, this will trigger once the staff member is put into a shift that reaches the relevant percentage of indemnified hours worked. 

3. Additional Fields on Quick Remove

The following fields have been added to Quick Remove on View Rota and Rota Weekly Viewer: Session Fee, Priority, Room, Skills, Team, Registrar Rank, Seat, Comment.

Other Changes

1. You can now see a total of all paid hours in the Statistics tab on View Rota. This is shown against 'Paid Time (inc paid breaks)'.

2. The value of adjustments can be hidden in the Staff Hub. This setting can be enabled in Rota Settings > Team > Staff Hub Settings > 'Members of this Team can see Adjustment Values in Timesheets and Verifications'.

3. Reference Settings can be printed. The permission for this is off by default for users but can be enabled in Security > User Profile > Rota Permissions > Personnel > Reference Settings > Print.

4. On View Rota and the Adjustments and Leave screens, you can now filter the locked column by 'manually locked' and 'system locked'.

5. There is a new status on the View Rota and Adjustments and Leave screens for 'Edited after locking', which can be filtered upon.

6. The column headings in report '[700]: People' that relate to DBS information have been changed from 'CRB' to 'DBS'.

7. People+ - There is a new report which shows Annual Leave Allowance to date for staff members with leave units in hours. To enable this report, go to Configuration > Security > Edit Profile > Rota Permissions > Reporting > Adjustments > Leave > '[865]: Annual Leave Allowance (Hours) to Date'.

8. People+ - When adding Mandatory Training in Reference Settings, there is now a 'Mandatory' checkbox, which can be unchecked if the training is not mandatory.

Bug Fixes

1. Shifts over 24 hours now show the correct duration in the list view in Shift Pattern Manager.

2. Report '[862]: Personnel Details' now only checks the current year when populating the data for the 'participation this year (incl. future bookings)' column.

3. The initial creation of an adjustment is now audited.

4. The Template Allocation Wizard considers secondary roles as expected.

5. Pay Rate Patterns that are assigned to hidden role groups can be hidden successfully.

6. The 'Payroll by Zone' export now downloads successfully. 

7. Changing the username of a Staff Hub member now saves successfully.

8. Leave+, People+ -  Bought and sold allowances are now updated in Staff Hub when changed in RotaMaster.

9. People+ - Staff cannot be added to shifts after their Post has ended.

10. People+ - A sickness adjustment for 0.5 days can now be created and saved successfully.
