New Features
1. New Shift Comment section on Shift Pattern Manager
There is a new 'Shift Comment' section when adding or editing a shift on Shift Pattern Manager, with a character count limit of 3900. These comments appear in the comment section of the shift on View Rota when the shift is rolled out.
2. People+ End Date auto-populated and displayed on the Mandatory Training screen of a person's profile
There is a new column for 'Course Completed' on the Mandatory Training page of a Person's profile, which shows the most recent 'End Date' on the related Training Course. The 'End Date' on a Training Course is automatically populated with the same date as the start date.
3. People+ Line Manager permissions for Expenses and Mileage
There is a new setting to allow the expense and mileage permissions to be set to ‘Line Managers only’. When this is enabled, all expense and mileage claims can be seen, but actions can only be made on the ones where the logged-in user is the line manager of the requested user.
Other Changes
1. When selecting an address within RotaMaster, the United Kingdom and Ireland are the top two in the list of countries and the rest are alphabetically after.
2. The Invoicing report 'Xero Export with Invoice Code' displays names as Last Name, First Name and the Account Code column comes from the reference number of the subtype of the employee.
3. For Notifications with the type ‘New Rota Group Profile’, admin users should be able to be added to receive the notification.
4. Report [603]: Individual Pension Analysis - By Rota Group and Report [115]: Pension Contributions by PCO show monetary values to 2 decimal places.
5. The selected ribbon for the menu bar remains, even after closing and reopening a session.
6. New column for the total number of requests a person has made within the selected date range when looking at accepting/rejecting web bookings under Shift Bookings.
7. People+ When adding and editing Training Courses on a person's profile, the 'Course Name' is auto-populated when one Mandatory Training Course has been selected.
8. People+ A limit for Sickness Details has been added as 500 characters.
9. People+ When adding Additional Allowance in the form of Bought or Carried Over Allowance to a person's Leave Allowance for a Post, there is a new Comments section.
Bug Fixes
1. When trying to open a document in Personnel Manager that no longer exists, a helpful error message now appears.
2. Improved the speed when approving and declining outstanding shift bookings.
3. The Zone on an Adjustment is no longer removed when editing the Adjustment.
4. If the 'Prevent registrars being added as a confirmed or provisional person of a shift' default setting is enabled, a shift can be added on View Rota with or without a confirmed or provisional person.
5. Report [503]: Shift Hours Actual vs Confirmed now includes shifts that span multiple days.
6. Long URLs can be added as Member Websites on Staff Hub Admin.
7. When deleting a Pay Rate Pattern that is assigned to a person, Role Group, or Post Contract Finance, a warning modal appears.
8. People+ The 'Sickness Occurences' notification only sends as the configuration dictates, so there will not be duplicated notifications.
9. People+ The 'DBS Expiry' notification only sends as the configuration dictates, so there will not be early notifications.
10. People+ System Admins are now able to edit an approved Overtime claim.
11. People+ No duplicated shifts on the report [661]: Timesheet with Worked Overtime and Posts.
12. People+ The Overdue Appraisals notification is only sent if the newest Appraisal is overdue, instead of any of the Appraisals.
13. People+ When a Post is deleted, any appraisals linked to that Post are now also deleted.
14. People+ Staff members are no longer able to request more TOIL than their allowance.
15. People+ When copying a shift and personnel with amended shift elements, the amended shift elements are used in the copied shift, not the original shift elements.
16. People+ When editing an Adjustment, partially active contracts/roles will be shown, which will prevent contracts from being removed from future Adjustments.
