New Features
1. New GP SOLO Form - April 2023 to March 2024
The new GP SOLO form for April 2023 to March 2024 (report [861]) is now available. This can be found in Reports > Financial > Pension > SOLO.
2. Bulk edit Shift Elements
Staff Pay Shift Elements can be now bebulk edited from View Rota. The selected shifts must have the same start and end times and have a confirmed person who is in a Staff Pay Group for this option to be available.
3. People+ When setting tiered leave within a Annual Leave Configuration, there are now two new options. The first option is 'Include in the current leave year.' When this is enabled the additional allowance will be added to the leave year as soon as the staff member reaches the required years of service (rather than having to wait for the next leave year to begin before the allowance is added). The second option is 'Pro rata leave.' When this is enabled, the additional allowance will be pro rata'd for the remainder of the leave year.
Other Changes
1. Finance+ There is a new Finance Export for ‘iTrent Export by Hourly Rate’, which shows shift and adjustment information for iTrent by hourly rate.
2. Contract Code shows in a new column on View Rota, Shift Pattern Manager and Rota Archive Manager.
Bug Fixes
1. Shifts created by the 'Add Shift' feature on View Rota and Rota Weekly Viewer can now be approved as expected.
2. Pay Rates can be exported when truncated names are the same (names on excel show to 31 characters).
3. Large amounts of shifts can now be deleted from View Rota without the screen freezing.
4. On Rota Weekly Viewer the contracted hours now include Annual Leave. If Annual Leave is in hours then it is included as is, if Annual Leave is in days then it uses the hours from the daily working hours, and if that information isn't filled in then the hours aren't included.
5. Leave cancellations are now successfully deleted by the Post End Wizard.
6. Users will no longer be shown an error when creating a period limit rule.
7. The DBS section of the Compliance page within a personnel record will now display information correctly. Previously, if the DBS had been recorded without all fields being completed, the system would show an orange cross in that section of the record.
8. SMS messages can now be sent successfully from the 'Email or SMS' function in View Rota.
9. Finance+ The 'Hourly Rate by Pay Rate Group with session fee and overtime' payroll export now calculates overtime as expected
10. The comments box is now visible for non People+ customers on the Registrar Shift Bookings page in Staff Hub. This box only shows for shift requests, rather than direct shift bookings.
11. The email address in Rota Settings > Rota Group > Staff Hub Emails > Shift Bookings no longer receives an email when an admin user approves a shift request.
