New Features and Changes
- People+ - When a RotaMaster admin who is linked to a person has line manager permissions to limited areas of Personnel Records, they will not see filters in the People+ search for areas that they do not have access to.
- Empty files can no longer be uploaded to RotaMaster. An error is shown upon attempting to upload an empty file.
- Attendance+ - When setting latitude/longitude for a Duty Station in Rota Settings, the fields are now editable.
Bug Fixes
- When the Team setting to show shift values on the Log Availabilities page is disabled, values are no longer shown on the email that is received by the staff member when availabilities are deleted.
- Bank details no longer show as encrypted on the Staff Hub.
- More than 15 controls can now be added to the Global User Defined Controls section, and they will all display in the Personnel Record as expected.
- The Overtime Management warning now shows shift hours to 2 decimal places.
- When a person is removed from a shift by leave or sickness, they are removed from any shift adjustments that were assigned to the shift.
- People+ - When assigning an Irish Annual Leave configuration with Full Time Weekly Hours of 0 to a Post in a Personnel Record, an unhandled exception no longer occurs.
- People+ - Deleted Irish Annual Leave Configurations can no longer be assigned to a Post in a Personnel Record.
- People+ - Irish Annual Leave Configurations cannot be deleted if they are already assigned to staff members.
- People+ - A decimal point can now be added to tiered Sick Pay Allowances when creating a Sick Pay Configuration.
- People+ - An unhandled exception no longer occurs when deleting adjustments from a sickness record.
- People+ - An unhandled exception no longer occurs when viewing a Self Cert that was created in the Staff Hub.
