        New features and Changes

        1) Irish Annual Leave Configuration

        RotaMaster now has the ability to create annual leave configurations in line with Irish annual leave requirements. Templates for Method 1, Method 2 and Method 3 can be set up in Configuration>Irish Annual Leave Configuration and can be assigned to Posts via the Post Manager or Personnel Manager.

        Annual leave allowances for the year can be configured for Method 1. Leave can be accrued for any calendar month 117 hour or more of contracted shifts or adjustments were worked for Method 2, and a combination of set annual allowances and accrued leave for shifts and adjustments can be configured for Method 3.

        This is an advanced default setting for People+ customers only, please contact our support team or your Customer Success Manager to get this enabled.

         

        Other changes

        1. It is now possible to multi-select Shift Patterns when adding Special Days in Manage Calendar. Only Shift Patterns with the same Special Day can be multi-selected

        2. In Rota>View Rota the names of flags will now show when filtering the flag column

        3. Admins are now unable to approve their own Shifts and Adjustments

        4. Roles are now included in Report 828: Adjustments by Date

        5. People+  In Personnel Record>Leave Allowances the column heading ‘Manually Added' has been changed to ‘Manually Amended’ and the value can now be reduced using a negative

         

        Bug Fixes

        1. User profiles marked as ‘Template’ can now be changed back to Users or Administrators 

        2. Shift values no longer show on Log Availability confirmation emails when the setting is disabled in Rota Settings>Team Settings>Web Settings

        3. The 'X' now shows in Rota>Shift Pattern Manager>Edit Shift>Default Person field

        4. People+  Admins can now view Teams in Self Service>Sickness Management

        5. People+  Updating the sold allowance now updates the ‘Total’ and ‘Remaining’ allowances as expected

        6. People+  Admins are now able to upload documents against the ‘Eligibility to Work’ section of personnel records and ‘Return to Work’ section of sickness records

        7. People+  In Self Service>Leave Requests the ‘Amount’ column now shows when no Rota Group is selected
