New Features
1. Quick Edit Pay Rate Groups on Adjustment ManagementThere is now the ability to Quick Edit Pay Rate Groups on the Adjustment Management screen (Personnel > Adjustments & Leave). This will update the Pay Rate of any unlocked Adjustments that are selected.
2. New filter on Rota Weekly Viewer
There is a new Hide Weekends filter on the Rota Weekly Viewer. This hides the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from the viewer, giving the weekdays more space. This change was raised through our Focus Group!
Other Changes
1. There is a new payroll export called ‘Hourly Rate by Pay Rate Group and Rota Group’
2. People+ New sickness report (Report [860]: Sickness Details with Working Days) for lost days and hours when a staff member isn’t rostered into shifts.
3. People+ Report [66]: Personnel Listings now includes the Primary Post of staff members.
4. Data+ People+ There is a new field for Assignment Number within the personPosts part of the People endpoint of the Data API.
Bug Fixes
1. If you do not have permission to edit a locked shift, you can no longer remove a staff member from an overlapping shift that is locked.
2. The email address entered in the Team Confirmations setting under Rota > Rota Settings > Rota Groups > Staff Hub Emails now receives an email when a staff member is added to a shift via Staff Hub Member Side > Rota > Team Confirmation.
3. The totals of Report [599]: Rota Group Costings are now calculated correctly when there are multiple shifts with the same value in the same year/month.
4. Attendance+The correct error is now shown when assigning a shift to a staff member with an unmatched exception.
5. Adjustments for staff members with leave period of hours, set working hours and an adjustment with the duration between start and end greater than the working hours are now calculated correctly.
6. When a shift exchange is approved, the table in the email to the staff member is now green and the 'End' column shows the shift end time.
7. Email addresses are automatically validated, showing a blue 'i' icon when an invalid email is entered.
8.Finance+ The unnecessary PersonId column has been removed from the Timesheet and Bank Staff payroll export.
9. Report [139]: None Pensionable Earnings now shows the correct people when filtering by role, as the report now checks for newly activated contracts.
10. People+ Shifts are now successfully reassigned through the Post End Wizard when a staff member's post has an end date added.
