New Features and Other Changes

  1. A new GP Solo form is available for 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027. This can be found by going to Reporting > Reports and searching for report 875

  2. When running the Allocation Wizard, if a person has already reached their target, they will show in the 'reasons people were not allocated to the shift' section with a reason of 'Person already at allocation target before allocation run'

Bug Fixes

  1. When a role is changed in Shift Pattern Manager using Quick Edit, the previous role name is now correct in the audit 

  2. People+ - Report 663: Working Time Directive Summary now uses the employment type status from the finance record to populate the Independent Contractor column

  3. Turnover reports 634 and 635 now display staff who have worked and left within the report timeframe 

  4. The 'Hourly Rate and Duration' payroll export now merges Pay Rates where the hourly rate and pay rate reference are the same 

  5. Adjustments are now repriced using manually entered durations (if applicable) when using Set New Rates and choosing to reprice adjustments 

  6. When recording an adjustment after removing someone from a shift, the correct rota week is used

  7. People+ - When extending a sickness record, an extra adjustment is no longer created against the record

  8. People+ - When recording a sickness adjustment after removing someone from a shift, the 'type' is now retained when opening the sickness adjustment from Adjustments and Leave 

  9. SSP - Adjustments that overlap the same dates now contribute to SSP 

  10. People+, Leave+ - Leave requests and remaining allowances are now rounded to 2 decimal places 

  11. People+, Leave+ - When carried over leave has been set to 0 by an admin, this now shows in the comments section so it's clear why the number has changed

  12. Shifts with Registrars assigned now quick upload to Staff Hub successfully

  13. Staff Hub - The total shift count on the Shift Bookings screen no longer includes overlapping shifts, so the amount of shift bookings visible and the shift count match 

  14. Staff Hub - Staff with multi Rota Group access can only see shifts in My Rota based on the upload dates of each Rota Group

  15. Staff Hub - Shifts with Registrars do not show as available to book on the Staff Hub home page unless the user is a trainer
