New Features and Other Changes

  1. A new rule for '1 rest period of 24 hours in a rolling 7 days' is available to assign to staff in the WTD section of a personnel record. When assigning shifts, the rule checks that there are 24 hours weekly, plus 11 hours daily rest (total 35 consecutive hours) within a rolling 7 day period, instead of checking a single week.
  2. A new payroll export 'Payroll Export per hourly rate with adjustment description' has been created. See export details
  3. Report [871]: Sickness Details with Bradford Score has been created to show sickness instances along with their associated Bradford score. 
  4. Availabilities no longer need to be downloaded when running the Availability Allocation Wizard.

Bug Fixes

  1. An error is no longer shown when using Rota Upload.
  2. Creating a new shift in the live rota no longer shows an exception.
  3. When using the Availability Allocation Wizard and overriding minimum spacing, consecutive shifts can now be assigned successfully.
  4. When adding a special day on Manage Calendar, the 'Day' dropdown is now available to select when the pop-up first opens. 
  5. Documents in the Eligibility to Work section  can now be viewed and deleted without error.
  6. Report [719]: Employee Details now displays the full address for all staff members where one is recorded. 
  7. When an admin has already accepted their invitation to create a RotaMaster or Staff Hub account, the 'resend invite' option no longer shows.
