New Features
1. New Reference Setting for DBS Type
DBS Type is now a configurable list, in Reference Settings so that organisations can add and change options that are relevant to them. Previously, this list was hard coded. Users are able to add the DBS Type to the record as before, and no previously recorded data has been affected by this change.
2. New export on the Pay Rates Group pageThere is a new export available on the Pay Rates Group page (Finance+ >Pay Rates), which exports all the Pay Rate Groups and the related information. The export button is only enabled with the correct permissions.
Other Changes
1. Report [723]: Budgeting Report has been updated to no longer include blocked shifts in the calculations.
2. A new Report [859]: Actual v Contracted hours including leave and overtime has been created which shows the same information as Report [596]: 'Actual v Contracted hours including leave' with the addition of overtime information.
3. Department Number now shows on edit shift on Rota Weekly Viewer and View Rota. This field can be populated via Shift Pattern Manager, and when rolled out will display in the live rota, or can be added from the live rota directly.
4. There is a new column for Shift Department Number in the Timesheet and Bank staff payroll export.
5. There is a new GP Solo form for April 23 to September 23 has been added. This form should only be used by customers who wish for Box I to include the addition of Box B.
6. People+ There are 2 new columns on Report [548]: Employee Compliance of the Primary Post and if they are Locum or not.
7. People+ Mandatory Training requirements that have been added at a Post or company level can be deleted within the personnel profile.
Bug Fixes
1. Shifts added through the Add Shift functionality should now be able to be opened for verification.
2. When adding a shift on View Rota that exceeds the monthly budget, the expected pop-up warning of the monthly budget being exceeded now appears.
3. All other fields update with the expected information when editing a shift and typing in the Confirmed Person box.
4. Overnight shifts that span into the next week are no longer included in the contracted hours for the next week, they will be included in the week the shift starts.
5. Able to see Private Shift Notes on Staff Hub when logged in as the confirmed person for the shift.
6. When filtering reports based on Person, the names are in alphabetical order regardless of whether the 'Display staff names with surnames first' is enabled or not.
7. Unable to Exchange a shift if the Confirmed Person on the shift has changed.
8. All people are now included in Report [565]: Employee Details Card whether they have an internal email contact or not.
9. Added person name to the modal when trying to delete a Team that has an active person assigned to it.
10. A warning now appears if a staff member is trying to request a shift that has already been allocated.
11. People+ Able to hide a role if it belongs to a historic contract, but not if it belongs to an active contract.
12. People+ No longer able to delete or hide a Mandatory Training when it's assigned to an active person. A modal with the person's information appears.
13. People+ Any leave or sickness records that overlap with the date range on the Personnel Dashboard now appear, as expected.
