New Features

1. People+ - Notification for Fit Note Reminder 

You can now set up a reminder to notify you after a fit note is due against a sickness record but has not been provided. This can be set up in Notifications > Notification Manager 

2. SSO - Password Reset

There's now a 'Forgot Password' option in User Settings > User details. This option will show when you're logged in via SSO and will send you a link to reset your password for all profiles linked to that username. 

Other Changes

1. Report [872]: Actual v Contracted Hours including Leave and Posts (no values) now returns archived or suspended staff who were active during the date parameters of the report 

Bug Fixes

1. Purchase Order invoices can now be printed and emailed successfully 

2. People+ - RotaMaster users with access to add and edit leave requests in the Self Service > Leave Requests screen can now successfully approve or edit leave when they do not have permissions for the Personnel > Adjustments and Leave screen

3. People+ - When submitting a mileage claim on the Staff Hub, postcodes are no longer case sensitive 

4. People+ - When approving a leave request and removing someone from a shift, if the leave duration is recalculated based on the shift duration, remaining allowance is now checked against the updated duration
5. People+ - Sold allowances are now deducted from leave allowances when calculating the remaining allowance

6. People+ - Roles can no longer be deleted if they are assigned to a Post Contract in Post Manager

7. Enhanced Sick Pay - When creating a sickness adjustment from a shift with an unpaid break, the value of the break is now deducted from the adjustment total
8. Enhanced Sick Pay - When creating a sickness record for a staff member with an Enhanced Sick Pay Configuration assigned that has 'Do not pay sick unless a fit note is added' selected, if a fit note is not required, the sickness now values correctly
