New Features
1. Split adjustment when splitting shift
When splitting a shift that has an adjustment that overlaps the time of the split, there is now an option to split the adjustment so that it covers both shifts, and no manual adjustments have to be made.
2. Copy adjustment when copying shift
When copying a shift that contains an adjustment in Shift Pattern Manager or the live rota, you can now choose to copy the adjustment to the new shift.
3. People+ - Decide how to Pro Rata Bank Holidays
When configuring Annual Leave Allowances, you can now decide whether bank holidays should be pro rata'd based on the amount of time the staff member has worked, e.g. 6 months of the year would receive half of the bank holidays, regardless of how many occured during their active period, or whether they should receive a bank holiday allowance for each one that occurs during their active period.
4. People+ - Sell Annual Leave Allowance
Annual leave allowance can now be 'sold' from the Leave Allowance section of a Personnel Record. Sold leave will be deducted from the remaining allowance for the specified year.
5. T&A - Time and Attendance data shown on Rota Weekly Viewer
We now show Time and Attendance data on Rota Weekly Viewer, to match View Rota. An icon will appear on the shift card, and the tooltip that appears when hovering over the shift contains information such as clock in and clock out times.
Other Changes
1. When a message (email or SMS) has been sent to a staff member from the live rota, the shift audit now shows who sent the message, and when.
2. We have updated the colours on the Personnel Compliance Dashboard so that they are consistent e.g Expired = red and Up to date = blue.
3. The followng columns have been added to Report [797: Staff Post and Contract History]: Salary, Finance Contract Valid From, Finance Contract Valid To, so you can see salary information for active and historic contracts.
4. There is now a tab for adjustment information when exporting report [610: Unverified Shifts and Adjustments] so the information matches the crystal report.
5. When exporting report [859: Actual v Contracted hours including leave and overtime], the column for 'difference' now pulls through.
Bug Fixes
1. The Availability Allocation Wizard will not assign shifts in excess of contracted hours when the allocation period spans 2 years.
2. When the setting for 'Warn if professional registration is expired' is switched on, shifts can now be booked successfully when the staff member's professional registration will have expired at the time of the shift, but is valid at the time of booking.
3. An error now shows when attempting to save a shift that is over 48 hours long, to prevent incorrect data being saved.
4. People+ - Manually adding TOIL no longer errors.
5. Staff Hub users no longer see an error regarding an incorrect username when attempting to log in.
6. Staff Hub users will no longer see the 'password expired' screen upon logging in after changing their password.
7. Changing a password for another admin in RotaMaster is now successful.
8. MFA - Changing the username of Staff Hub members from the Member Details screen is now successful
Archived and suspended staff members that belong to hidden teams can no longer be unarchived/unsuspended until the tean is unhidden.
Report [505: Last Worked] now runs without error.
