New features and Changes
1) Annual Leave Accrual for 0 Hours Contracts


Annual Leave for 0 hours workers is now accrued based on shifts worked within a ‘pay period’ instead of individual shifts. Pay period can be set in Default Settings > Defaults > Leave Accrual (0 Hours) > Pay Period End.
Example: If the Pay Period End is set to the 10th of the month, the duration of all approved shifts from the 11th of the previous month to the 10th of the current month will be totalled, and 12.07% (or your specified percentage) calculated, and added to the staff member’s leave allowance afterwards.
