New Features

 

1. Annual Leave Entitlement for Staff on 0 Hours' Contracts (People + only)

We have introduced a new feature which assigns staff on 0 hours contracts a full time leave allowance. To enable the feature, go to Configuration > Default Settings > Options > 'Assign Full Time Leave Allowance to Staff with 0 Hour Contracts'. Once this is enabled, you can assign a full time leave allowance within the 'Details' section of each Post in Post Manager. Once this is set up, staff who are assigned to that Post and have 0 contracted hours, will be assigned the full time leave allowance you have specified. 

 

2. Financial Year added to Period Limit Rule

We have added the option of 'Financial Year' to our period limit rule so that the amount of shifts worked by staff can be limited based on your financial year. To set up the financial year, go to Configuration > Default Settings > Financial and input your financial year start. 

Other Changes 

1. Shift Pattern Name has been added to report [658]: Workforce Analysis - Rota Group Extra Detail

2. A new iTrent finance export which includes payroll ID has created. 

3. A new version of the GP Solo form for October 2022 to March 2023 has been released. This can be found in the Reports section > Financial > Pension > SOLO > [850]: GP Solo Form (October 22 - Mar 23). The permission to run this report is switched off by default and can be enabled in the Rota Permissions section of User Security > Edit Profile. 

Bug Fixes

1. We have fixed an issue with shift duration being calculated incorrectly for 24 hour shifts in shift Pattern Manager.
