Adding Leave Allowances To A Personnel Record (Leave+)

To add a leave allowance first go to Personnel > Personnel Manager and select the appropriate member of staff:

Double-click or press the blue edit pen to open the record and go to Leave > Leave Allowances:

This will open the following screen showing you the Leave Allowances for this leave year and next leave year (for help setting leave year dates please click here):

Click the leave year you want to add leave to and click the green plus button to bring up the Add Allowance box:

Use will need to click on the drop-down box to select the Leave type -

💡Please note - only Adjustment Reasons set up as Leave with an allowance will appear here. If you need help creating an adjustment reason please Click Here

Type in the number of hours or days the staff member is entitled to and press Save. The allowance will then show under Leave Allowances:

Multiple Leave Allowances can be added for each leave year.
