      Admin Onboarding - Logging in

      This article will demonstrate how to log into the onboarding module and how to troubleshoot a forgotten password.

      Logging in

      Use the following URL to access the Onboarding module - https://onboarding.rotamasterweb.co.uk/

      The link will direct you to the following screen:

      If this page says 'Candidate Login' then click the 'Admin login' button at the bottom of the page and it will direct you to the correct login screen

       

      Enter the same username and password you would use to login to RotaMaster or Admin Staff Hub and click 'login'.

      Forgotten Password

      If you have forgotten your password click the 'Forgot password?' link

      This will take you to the 'Admin forgot password' screen

      Enter your email address and you'll be sent a forgotten password email, click the link  in the email and enter your new password 

      Please be aware this will also change your password for RotaMaster and Admin Staff Hub
