      Allocating Shifts Using Web Bookings

      Staff can book into unallocated shifts online using two web booking methods

      Staff can book into unallocated shifts online using two web booking methods; 

      • Web Bookings Approved
        • This allows staff to request shifts online, but administrators approve/decline the requests.
      • Web Bookings Direct
        • This allows staff to book directly into shifts with no administrator intervention, assuming that all system rules are satisfied. 

      This booking type can be set for each individual Rota Group and Web Bookings can be turned off for certain Rota Groups/Teams, if this is not a suitable allocation method.
