      Cancel Shifts on the Staff Hub App

      A guide on cancelling upcoming shifts on the Staff Hub app. Please note: this feature is managed by admins and so may not be available to you

      Cancel a Shift

      1. In the app, press 'Rota' on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen

      2. Press into the shift you want to cancel

      3. Press 'Shift Actions' at the bottom of the screen

      4. Press 'Cancel shift'

      5. Press 'Yes, confirm'

      6. The shift will show as 'pending cancellation' until it is processed. It will then be removed from your rota
