How to add a leave allowance to staff

It is possible to add an Leave Allowance to every personnel record in RotaMaster used to record absences for staff. Allowance types can be set up in Rota>Rota Settings for help with this click here for a guide

Leave can be added to a Personnel Record by navigating to Personnel>Personnel Manager, finding the desired record and double clicking it to open it. 

Navigate to Leave > Leave Allowances using the menu on the left side of the screen. The screen below will be shown, which outlines past and future leave years.

Click on the leave year that you wish to add an allowance to, and then click Add

Select the Leave Type and a duration

Click Save.

💡Leave years and units can be changed by following this guide

This person will now have a Leave Allowance for that year.
