Configuring Leave Allowances

Each staff member can have a Leave Allowance for any Adjustment Reason marked as 'Leave' in the reason configuration - see here.

To configure an allowance, go to Personnel > Personnel Manager,

open up a Personnel Record by searching for the appropriate person and double clicking on their record:

Go to Leave > Leave Allowances. The screen below will be shown, which outlines past and future leave years. For information on how to configure Leave Years click here.

Click on the leave year that you wish to add an allowance to, and then click the green plus button:

Select the Leave Type (only Adjustment Reasons marked as leave will show - see top of article) and a duration. To learn how to change leave units (days/hours) here.

Click Save.

This person will now have a Leave Allowance for that year.
