Content Management - Member Downloads
On this page, your can add files for your staff to download. These can be policy documents, agendas, briefings or other files and will appear in the Staff Web Portal > Portal > Downloads
These files are added from the Admin Web Portal > Content Manager > Member Downloads
In the following screen click the Add button:
The following screen is where you can add the downloads:
Download Name - A free type box to add a title of the download
Rota Group - You can chose a Rota Group from the drop down list or leave as All Selected
Roles - You can target a specific Role or look at All Selected
Folder - You can add your download to a folder
Browse - click the Browse button to chose your download
The bottom section of the screen is a free type text box for you to add any further information
Once the form is complete click Save.
This will publish your download(s) to the Staff Web Portal where your staff can download the document in the Portal Tab > Downloads
Staff members will then be able to download the document on the staff web portal under Portal > Downloads.
