Converting Overtime requests to TOIL
Please note this article is only relevant to People+ customers with v i81 or higher. For more information please contact support.
Overtime requests can be converted into TOIL, allowing staff to submit requests directly from NetMaster.
To convert an Overtime request go to Self Service>Overtime:
The screen will now show any outstanding Overtime Requests, to filter these down use the filters on the left hand side of the screen:
Select the request you wish to convert to TOIL and click 'Convert to TOIL':
This will generate the following pop-up box:
You will then be asked if you want the TOIL shift to be marked as allocated:
Clicking 'Yes' here will create a new shift marked as TOIL for the time and date of the Overtime request.

Once the request has been approved the time will be added to the staff member's TOIL allowance and will show as an approved TOIL request in Staff NetMaster>Self Service>Overtime:
