Enabling Leave Requests

This article only applies to RotaMaster People+ and Leave+ customers. Please speak to your Account Manager about these modules. 

Staff can submit Leave and Day Off Requests from the Staff Web Portal that can be either approved or declined by administrators in RotaMaster. 

In order to use this function, you should ensure that the Enable Leave Requests setting is ticked for each Rota Group. Staff members in Rota Groups without this enabled will be able to see their leave allowances, but will not be able to request annual leave from the Web Portal. 

Go to Rota > Rota Settings > Edit a Rota Group > Web Settings:

Ensure that 'Enable Leave Requests' is ticked, and click Save.
