Exporting And Printing In Direct Browser Access

RotaMaster now has a new way of connecting from your browser. It can be accessed by going to https://online.rotamasterapp.co.uk/

Below is a guide on the changes that this new way of connection introduce. If you haven't been given access to this way of connecting and want to try it then please contact your account manager.

Exporting

To view exports, you need to click on the arrow at the top of the screen:

And then click the documents folder:

And then click on your customer folder and double click on the export to download the file. This will automatically download the file to your desktop - there is no need to copy/paste the document to your PC. 

Printing 

To print from the system, go to a printable section and click the print button; 

This will open the printable page. Click on Print, which will open the following dialogue; 

This will always say Universal Printer - do not try to change this. Click Print. This will take you to your local PC's print page; 

Clicking print will print the document to your local printer. 

Missing Fields

Some of the screens may be cut off. If they are please unpin the toolbar or make the screen fullscreen:
