Flagging Rota Settings As Bank

For your Bank staff to be able to book into shifts you will have to flag all appropriate Duty Stations, Shift Categories, Shift Groups, Zones and Roles as ‘Bank’.

To do this go to Rota>Rota Settings:

Use the list on the left-hand side of the screen to select a Rota Setting to flag, the example below will use Duty Stations, but the process is the same for Shift Categories, Shift Groups, Zones and Roles.

Double click on the Duty Station, or single click and press the blue edit pen, to open the Edit Duty Station window:

Ticking the Bank box will make the Duty Station available for Bank staff to book into.

Shift Groups, Shift Categories and Zones can also be marked as the default option for Bank+ shifts. Marking an option as default will result in that being auto populated on NetMaster when you create a shift. 

A Rota Group also must be set as the default Bank Rota Group. To do this go to Configuration>Default Settings. Click on the defaults tab and select a Rota Group from the highlighted drop-down menu:
