General Availabilities in Manage Availabilities

Once staff members have logged their Availabilities you can download their General Availability by going to Rota > Manage Availabilities and clicking the General tab:

Here click the Download Availabilities button and confirm the Rota Group and date range you want to include in the download:

Use the filters on the left hand side to select your Rota Group and Date Range and select a staff member:

You will then see a list of shifts that staff member may be able to work. You will only see shifts that fall in the same Zone as the logged General Availability and have timings that are at least 50% covered by the logged General Availability. Confirmed shifts can be hidden by clicking "Hide Confirmed Shifts":

To assign that staff member to a shift click the Allocate Person button highlighted above, you will be asked if you want to allocate the shift, click yes here. 

If the logged General Availability only covers part of the shift you will be asked if you want to split the shift:

Clicking "Yes" here will bring up the shift confirmations box allowing you to confirm the timings of the shift your staff member will be entered into. The part of the shift not covered by the General Availabilities will remain empty:

Additional staff members who have also said they're available for the highlighted shift will be shown on the bottom half of the screen under "Other available Personnel" and can be allocated to that shift using the Allocate Other Availability button:
