Global User Defined Controls
Global User Defined Controls can be added to a Personnel Record to add certain information about that staff member, for example marking them as a smoker or recording their disability number.
Before adding the information to a Personnel Record you will have to set some up. To do this go to Personnel>Global User Defined Controls:
Here you will be able to see any that have already been created and add more by pressing the green plus button. This will bring up the following box:
Add in a label text and choose the Control Type from the drop down box, the options here are text, date, number or tick box. Once you have added the information in press Save and the new option will show in the list:
To add this information to to Personnel>Personnel Manager>Personnel Record>User Defined Controls:
Enter the relevant information and save the Personnel Record
