How Can I Add Documents To RotaMaster From My Desktop/Local Drives?

Please note, this article only applies to RotaMaster Cloud and People+ customers.

When browsing for documents to upload to RotaMaster, the files must first be added to your RotaMaster documents folder, as they cannot be added to the system directly from your desktop. You can access this folder from the RotaMaster launch page when you first login to https://cloud.rotamasteronline.co.uk.

Click on 'Documents', and this will launch the folder.

You can browse around the Desktop/Downloads sections and add documents to the folder by copying them from your desktop and pasting them into the documents folder. 

When you next go to upload a document to the system, you should have visibility of the documents that you've added to this folder.
