How can I pull a live rota down from the web?

Have you uploaded your rota too far in advance by accident and want to restrict the date range that staff can see online? 

This can be done by changing the Live Rota Date Range in the Rota Upload function.

Go to Rota > Rota Upload, and double click on the Rota Group that you would like to restrict the rota date range for.

This will open the following date ranges box. Edit the 'To' date in the Live rota date range section. 

Click Save. Now click the upload button and click publish; 

In the example above, this will pull down any live shifts (either shifts that are allocated to Confirmed/Provisional People or shifts in the Web Bookings view) in the Administrators Rota Group after the 30/09/2017.
