New Features
1. Accrue annual leave for Zero Hours contracts
There is a new setting in Configuration>Default Settings>Options>Leave and Adjustments allowing Annual Leave to be accrued for staff on 0 hours contracts. When this is enabled any Approved shifts worked by staff on a 0 hours contracts will accrue a leave allowance based on a set percentage of shift time worked. This percentage is set in Configuration>Default Settings>Defaults
2. Setting to force a reason to be recorded when archiving and unarchiving staff
There is a new setting in Configuration>Default Settings>Options>Personnel which forces a reason to be recorded when a Personnel Record is archived or unarchived. These reasons can be configured in Personnel>Reference Settings>Others
3. People+ - Setting to prevent staff with expired Mandatory Training from being put into shifts
There is a new setting in Configuration>Default Settings>Options>Compliance and Skills which will prevent staff from being added into shifts if their Mandatory Training has expired.
Other Changes
1. Finance+, People+ - There is a new finance export 'iTrent Export with Shift Details' which shows all shift information for iTrent
2. Finance+ -There is a new finance export 'iTrent Export - Shifts & Adjustments' showing different Pay Element Codes based on whether the record is a shift or Adjustment
3. There are now 'Search', 'Cancel' and 'Clear' buttons on the advanced filters box on the Rota Weekly Viewer
4. People+ and Docs+ Admins can now upload JPEGs to RotaMaster
Bug Fixes
1. Middle names now show on the Edit Shift card in View Rota when the setting "remove middle names in View Rota" is not ticked.
2. The "Limit maximum shifts booked in a x period" will now work as expected
3. Admins with "User" access levels can now view staff in Admin Staff Hub>Member Details providing they have access to that person's Primary Rota Group
4. Rules marked as 'Visible on Staff Hub' were not showing on the Staff Hub, this has now been resolved and Rules will show in Rota>My Rules on the Staff Hub as expected.
