New Features
1. Shifts over 24 hours long
Shifts can now be extended to span over 24 hours long. This is enabled by asking our Support Team to switch on the Advanced Setting. Once this is enabled, a checkbox labelled 'Add 24 Hours' will then be visible on shifts in Shift Pattern Manager, View Rota and Rota Weekly Viewer.
Ticking this checkbox will automatically add 24 hours to the duration of the shift, allowing it to span a maximum of 48 hours.
Other Changes
1. There is now a new Indemnity Company Type called 'Corporate Insurance'
2. Emails confirming Availabilities logged on the Staff Hub will now have shift information shown in the body of the email as opposed to on an attached PDF
3. There have been 25 additional flags added in Rota>Rota Settings>Flags
4. Mileage and Expense types that are only assigned to declined claims can now be hidden in Personnel>Reference Settings
5. The character length for Shift Group names in Rota>Rota Settings>Shift Groups has been increased from 50 to 200
Bug Fixes
1. A future end date of a Post was not being retained when there was a present and a future Post assigned to a Personnel Record. This has been resolved and end dates are now being retained.
2. Users with full access to Sickness Management were unable to save Sickness Records created within Self Service>Sickness Management, users can now save records as expected
3. Users were unable to add Notes to shifts in bulk on View Rota, this has been resolved and notes can be added as expected
4. Users without the permission for Quick Edit under Security>Rota Permissions>View Rota>Quick Edit and Security>Rota Permissions>Shift Pattern Manager>Quick Edit were still able to Quick Edit shifts, this has now been resolved.
5. When navigating between weeks on Rota Weekly Viewer using the Week Commencing and Week Ending arrows there was an error being shown, this has been resolved.
6. Users without the permission for the Rota Weekly Viewer under Security>Rota Permissions>View Rota>Rota Weekly Viewer were still able to view the Rota Weekly Viewer, this has not been resolved
7. When running report 862 the Primary Role and Employment Type fields were not being pulled through correctly, all fields now pull through as expected
8. Emails entered into RotaMaster>Rota>Rota Settings>Rota Groups>Staff Hub Emails>Shift Bookings were receiving confirmation emails when staff were assigned to shifts using Team Confirmations on the Staff Hub, this has been resolved and emails are sent as expected.
