New Features
1. Finance+ - View batch runs in Invoicing
When running Invoicing for all Rota Groups it is now possible to view and export all Rota Groups at once as a batch run
2. Finance+ - Calculate Salary based on changes mid-month
When running payroll while selecting 'Generate Fixed Pay' it is now possible to select 'Calculate salary for mid-month changes' this will incorporate any changes to salaries made partway through the selected month.
3. Creating a Shift Adjustment on an Adjustment
It is now possible to add a Shift Adjustment to an Adjustment. This can be done from Personnel>Adjusments & Leave. Only parent Adjustments with a reason not marked as 'Shift Adjustment' in Rota Settings can have a child adjustment assigned.
Other changes
- In line with changes to the GMC number you can now add a letter when recording a GMC number in Personnel Record>Compliance>Professional Registration
- People+ - When recording sickness on RotaMaster for a staff member who's leave units are in days, if that instance covers up to 50% of the shift length then the duration of that adjustment will show as 0.5
- Finance+ - There is a new invoicing export called 'Xero Export with Invoice Number' which includes information such as: Sage supplier reference, average shift pay and total shift adjustment value
- Finance+ - There is a new invoicing export called 'Payroll with detailed Shifts and Adjustments'. This shows Payroll ID, shift and adjustment duration and values as well as Rota Group, Duty Station and Zone information
- People+ - Post has been added to quick edit, allowing admins to amend the Post on multiple Shifts at once
Bug Fixes
- The Duty Station can now be successfully changed when approving an Overtime request submitted as TOIL in Self Service>Overtime
- TOIL shifts on the live rota will now add that same duration to the TOIL balance instead of removing it
- People+ - It is now not possible to update '[Inactive]' Mandatory Training on Staff Hub
- Admins are now able to create templates in Configuration>Security>Templates
