New Features
1. Sick Pay Configuration (People+)
In Configuration>Sick Pay Configuration you can now create Sick Pay Configurations which can be assigned to Posts and Personnel Records. These configurations have tiered allowances set up allowing admins to determine what percentage of pay a staff member would receive depending on the amount of sickness recorded within the 'Look-back period'. This will only be applicable to hourly paid staff.
Other Changes
- Room information can now be viewed when approving shifts in Rota>Accept/Reject Bookings
- There is a new setting in Configuration>Default Settings>Shifts called 'Remove Session fee if Bank staff is entered into a shift'. When enabled, Session Fees will be removed when a Bank staff member is entered into a shift
- Shifts can now be marked as 'Contracted' in the Shift Pattern Manager and live rota views. This has no effect on contracted hours calculations
- People+ - Sickness records in Self Service>Sickness Management can now be marked as 'Exclude from Bradford Score'. When ticked, these records will be excluded from report 771
Report - Report 518: Registrar Unconfirmed Sessions will now include any shifts that have a trainer assigned with free spaces
- People+ - There is a new report called Overlapping Shifts and Adjustments incl. Posts that will show any staff who are working a shift for one Post at the same time as being on sickness or leave for another Post
Bug Fixes
- Training and Appraisals can now be viewed in Personnel Records when user permissions are set to 'Read Only'
- All expense claims will now show in the payroll export "Payroll with Detailed Shifts and Adjustments"
- The payroll export 'iTrent Export - Shifts and Adjustments' will now show the Pay Element Code for Adjustments
- Changing the name of an Annual Leave Configuration will no longer recalculate allowances
- Editing a user template in Configuration>Security will no longer how an unhandled exception.
