Shift Bookings

• We explore how to make shifts available for staff to view & request.
• We talk through the options to make this an approval process by your rota teams, or, a first-come, first-served direct booking process.
• How to use shift status & blocking to further control which & when shifts are published to staff.

Reference Settings

• Where & how to create new options for a variety of drop-down menus across the system. Whether it's a new sickness category, archive reasons or skills.

Shift Groups

• We explore how shift groups can be used to enhance: reporting, visualising your shifts & supporting safe and effective rostering with rules.
