Adjustment Reasons

Sub Groups

• We explore how sub groups can be used to create custom distribution lists to enhance communication with your staff, regardless of their role, rota group or post.
• We look at where to create sub groups, in reference settings, and how to assign sub groups to your staff members.

Exclude Sickness Episodes from Bradford factor score

• We take a look at a new option within sickness episodes - as part of People+ - where we now have the option to exclude this from Bradford factor calculations.
