Migrating from usernames to email addresses (Admin users)

The below guide is for admin accounts who have previously used a username to log into RotaMaster or Staff Hub, but will start logging in with their email address due to MFA being enabled.

When logging into RotaMaster, the system will ask you for your username and password. Once Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been enabled for your organisation, your username will change and will need to be an email address.

Migrating accounts in RotaMaster

1. Log into TSplus as normal (the username/password for TSplus is completely unaffected by MFA being enabled)

2. In the RotaMaster log in box use the username and password you have used previously

3. The Account Migration dialog box will appear. The email entered by default is the email recorded against your Admin account - check it is correct or change it to your preferred email and press 'Submit'

4. You will then be sent an email to verify the email address you entered in the previous form

5. In the email, click on the link to verify your email

6. Press 'Continue' in RotaMaster

7. You can now set up MFA. For details on how to do this, please see our guide:

Migrating accounts in Staff Hub

1. Log into Staff Hub as normal, with your existing username and password

2. Enter the email address you wish to use as your username

3. Press 'Submit'

4. You will receive an email asking you to verify the email address. Click on the link in the email.

5. You will be taken to a 'Success' web page - you can now return to Staff Hub

6. Click 'I am Verified' on the Staff Hub page

7. You can now set up MFA. For details on how to do this, please see our guide:
