      Minimum Shift Spacing

      In each person's Personnel Record there is a Minimum Shift Spacing field. This defines how many hours must elapse between any two shifts for each staff member.

      The setting is stored under Personnel/People+ > Personnel Manager > Personnel Record > Rota > Rota Settings > Minimum Spacing

      Per 12

      This can be set to any value - from 0 >. If this setting is not required for this person it can be disabled by clicking the Disable tick box.

      NB - Even if this is Disabled the system will still abide by the settings in this person's Working Time Directive screen (Employment > Working Time Directive).
