Monthly Salary
Monthly Salary
This export will show monthly salary information for staff with salaries recorded in their Personnel Records along with any unpaid and non-sickness adjustments. If a staff member doesn’t have a salary they will not be included. Equally, any staff members who have a start or end date or maternity record within the time period will not be included. You will be given the following information:
- Payroll Number – This is set up in Personnel Manager>Personnel Record>Finance References>Payroll ID
- Name
- Details – Will either show as monthly salary or adjustment reason
- Post (People+ Only)
- Duration – Will show the length of the adjustment
- Amount
