The following dialog box will open, showing all existing Pay Rate Groups in the left hand column.

  • Select one or more of the Pay Rate Groups by ticking the relevant boxes next to each.
  • Select the hours you want to apply the new rates to and the zones.
  • Enter the date the new rate will apply from by using the calendar dropdown list.

Note: You will only be able to set future dates for your Pay Rate Group.

  • You then have two options for the increment type:
  1. A tick box to apply a percentage to each existing rate. Once ticked you can then add the value into the field.
  2. A tick box to apply an amount to the pay rate group. Once ticked you can then add the amount into the field.

Note: The Percentage increment is the default.

Applying a percentage increment may result in the value being calculated in the background to more than 2 decimal places.

By ticking the option below the system will automatically round to the nearest pence and only show values with two decimal places.
