Column Name	Where the Information is Retrieved from in RotaMaster
First Name	Personnel Manager > Personal Details > First name
Surname	Personnel Manager > Personal Details > Surname
Contract Type	Post of the Shift > Contracts > Contract Type
Employee Payroll ID	Personnel Manager > Finance References > Payroll ID
Pay Rate Reference	Pay Rate Group > Hourly Rate > Pay Rate Reference (if the rate differs across hours on a shift, there will be 1 line for each)
Amount of Hours	Amount of hours for the shift or adjustment (this will be separated based on the hourly rate if there are multiple rates within a shift or adjustment)
Hourly Rate	Pay Rate Group > Hourly Rate > Value
Total Value	Total monetary value of shift or adjustment (this will be separated based on the hourly rate if there are multiple rates within a shift or adjustment)
Pay Rate Group	Pay Rate Group assigned to the shift or adjustment
Type	Shift or Adjustment. From ‘type’ column on payroll screen.
