Payroll with Detailed Shifts and Adjustments

This export will provide you will relevant payroll data, it will have one line per record and will show the following information:

Payroll Run ID - Automatically generated by RotaMaster when creating a payroll run Finance+ >Payroll.

Employee ID - Recorded in Personnel Record>Finance References> Payroll ID.

Name

Type - Shift or adjustment, if it is an adjustment, it will state which adjustment type it is e.g. Annual Leave, if it is an expense, it will show as the expense type name. Adjustment Reasons are configured in Rota>Rota Settings>Adjustment Reasons. Expense types are configured in Personnel>Reference Settings>Other>Expense type.

Post - This is the post assigned to the shift or adjustment, not just primary post of the staff member.

Contracted Hours (post of shift)

Start Date - Start date of the shift. Will also show the date on expense/mileage claim where appropriate.

End Date - End date of the shift. Will appear as leave blank for expenses and mileage claims.

Start Time - Start time of the shift.

End Time - End time of the shift. 

Duration - Duration of the shift/adjustment.

Hourly rate - Hourly Rate of pay which is pulled from the Pay Rate of the shift. Pay Rates are configured in Finance+ >Pay Rates. If the rate changes, part way through a shift, this will show as a separate line on the export.

Value - The total value of the shift or adjustment OR the value of the expense / mileage claim.

Pay Rate Group name - Pay Rates are configured in Finance+ >Pay Rates. 

Rota Group Name & Rota Group Cost Centre - Rota Group of Shift or Primary Rota Group when relating to adjustments. Rota Groups are configured in configured in Rota>Rota Settings.

Duty Station Name & Nominal Code - This is the Duty Station and Nominal Code of the shift. Duty Stations are configured in configured in Rota>Rota Settings. The nominal code sits against the role, configured in Rota>Rota Settings>Roles.

Zone Name - The Zone on the shift. Zones are configured in Rota>Rota Settings>Zones
