Personnel Rota Settings

Each staff member's Personnel Record holds a number of Rota Settings that are used elsewhere in the system, including in the Allocation Wizard.

The settings are stored under Personnel/People+ > Personnel Manager > find a Personnel Record and Double Click on the record.

This will open the Personnel Record. Navigate to Rota > Rota Settings, as seen below;

The settings highlighted above are used in various areas of the system, including the Allocation Wizard.

• Contracted Weekly Hours - this person's contracted weekly hours
• Target Earnings - a weekly earnings target for this person
• Maximum Shifts Per Allocation - the maximum shifts this person should be allocated during any given Allocation Wizard period

Also in this area is 'Weighting', which can be set to between 0 and 1 (0.1, 0.2 etc). This affects the priority that is assigned to this staff member during Allocation Wizard runs. 1 is the highest priority and 0 is the lowest.
