Registering staff for the Staff Hub

Before your staff members can use the Staff Hub they will have to register to create a username and password. 

Please be aware, if you are an existing customer, and have upgraded to i61 or above your staff members may have to re-register to fit in with the new password regulations.  

Go to Messaging > Reminders and Requests; 

Select 'Send Login Details' from the 'Type' dropdown box; 

Use the filters to select who to send login details to, and the 'Message Type' to select either Email or SMS. When 'Type' is set to Email, you can 'Browse' and attach a file that will be sent along with the login details. 

 Use the 'Message Detail' section to add your own message to the email/SMS. 

 

Your staff members will then receive the following email asking them to register:

Clicking the link will take them to your company's Staff Hub where they can register their details:

Once they have entered a username and password of choice pressing 'Register' will create their Staff Hub account. 

Please note: Usernames should not contain any special characters eg. ?!"£$%@>< etc.
