Send registration details for the Staff Hub
Before your staff members can use the Staff Hub they will have to register to create a username and password.
Go to Messaging > Reminders and Requests;
Select 'Send Login Details' from the 'Type' dropdown box;
Use the filters to select who to send login details to, and the 'Message Type' to select either Email or SMS. When 'Type' is set to Email, you can 'Browse' and attach a file that will be sent along with the login details.
Use the 'Message Detail' section to add your own message to the email/SMS. If you do not add a personalised message an automated message will be in the email.
Your staff members will then receive the following email asking them to register:
Clicking the link will take them to your company's Staff Hub where they can register their details.
Once they have entered their email, and chosen password, and clicked 'register' this will create their account to access the Staff Hub.
