      Rota Archive Viewer

      The Rota Archive Viewer is a way to see Rotas that are no longer visible on View Rota or Rota Weekly Viewer as they have now been archived.

      There is an Advanced Default Setting to set how much data should be archived. The default for this is 60 months (5 years) but this setting can be changed at anytime by RotaMaster support, upon request. Any Rotas older than the specified number of months will be archived. 

      The task that RotaMaster runs to archive this data only happens at the beginning of the month. So if you change how many months you want archiving mid month, this change will not take affect until the beginning of the next month. 

      Once the task has run, any shifts before the archived date will have to be viewed in the Rota Archive Viewer, and will no longer be visible in View Rota. Both screens display a 'Last Archived Date' so it is clear what data you can expect to see for each screen.

      Manage Calendar will also update so that it is no longer possible to view archived data within this screen.
