Rota Reprice

The rota reprice function can be used if you want to revalue a rota based on an edited pay rate group or on a new pay rate pattern. The tool will revalue all shifts and amend the attached pay rate group to be the pay rate group that is attached to the confirmed persons pay rate pattern. If there is no confirmed person, or the confirmed person does not have a pay rate pattern, then the shift will be revalued based on the pay rate group that is attached to the shift's template in shift pattern manager.

Rota Reprice can be found on the Utilities menu.

To run the rota reprice tool, you will first need to select the rota groups that you want to reprice. Tick a rota group to select it, if you want to reprice the rota for all Rota Groups tick 'Select All Groups':

Then choose the zone that you want to reprice. If you want to reprice all the zones in the rota group then just tick 'Select All Zones':

Next choose the to and from dates. Any shifts that fall outside these dates will not be revalued:

You will then have the option to choose any of the settings outlined below:

Recalculate values based on:

• Shift Default Rate - This will recalculate the values based on the default rate in Shift Pattern Manager and will ignore any rates on shifts where the default person has a Pay Rate Pattern assigned to them. 
• Personal Rate - This will recalculate shift values based on the staff member's Pay Rate Pattern, any empty or confirmed shifts where the staff member does not have a Pay Rate Pattern will be ignored. 
• Current Rate - This will recalculate shift values based on the current rate of the shift regardless of whether it comes from a Pay Rate Group or a Pay Rate Pattern.

Also reprice Shift Pattern Manager - This option will reprice all shifts in the Shift Pattern Manager, this will only work if there are live shifts in View Rota

Also reprice shift Adjustments - If you have any shift adjustments assigned to shifts ticking this option will also reprice those shifts. Please note, this only applies to shift Adjustments.

Once you are done you will need to press the Run button and then shifts will be revalued. This process is irreversible.
