Unlinking Multi-factor Authentication Device for a Staff Hub Account
Super User Permissions
To be able to unlink Multi-authentication devices you will need to have the super-user permission to allow you to do so. Another administrator would need to give you this permission.
To give this permission, navigate to Configuration>Security

Select the user you need to give the permission to, and click the 'blue pencil' to edit their permissions.

Click on 'Super User Permissions', enable the 'Can unlink Multi-Factor Authentication Devices' setting by ticking the access box.

Navigate to Configuration>Security

Select the user you need to unlink a device for and click the 'blue pencil' to edit their permissions.

Once in the user details screen, you will need to click 'Unlink' against the 'Enterprise Authentication'

You will received a notification to confirm the 'Enterprise Authentication' has been successfully removed. Click 'Okay'

Next time that user attempts to log in as an administrator, they will be prompted to set up a new Multi-Authentication Device.

Log in to Admin Staff Hub.

Navigate to Member Info>Member Details, on the left-hand side of your screen.

Search for the staff member you need to unlink a device for, and click 'Manage'
Click 'Unlink' against the 'Multi-factor Authentication Device'

You will received a notification to confirm the 'unlinked device' has been successfully removed. Click 'OK'

Next time that user attempts to log in to their Staff Hub Account , they will be prompted to set up a new Multi-Authentication Device.
