Uploading Photos Onto Personnel Records

Before you can add the photo to the Personnel Record you have to upload it onto the system. 

To do this click on the small arrow on the top of your screen:

This will bring up a drop down box, click on the "From PC to Server" button:

This will bring up a file browser, select the image(s) you want to upload and press open. You will then need to go to the Personnel Record you want to upload the photo too and press the arrow next to 'Photograph' on the Personal Details Screen:

Press 'Browse' and this will bring up another file browser, click documents on the left hand side and select the image you want to upload and press Open:

The photo will now show on the Personnel Record

Save the Personnel Record and close it down.
