      Verifying and Disputing Shifts on the Staff Hub App

      A guide on how to verify and dispute the shifts you've worked, using the Staff Hub app

      Verifying Shifts

      1. Press the burger menu in the top right of the screen

      2. Select 'Verifications'

      3. Check the box against each shift you want to verify

      💡Want to view more information about the shift? Click on it to expand it and see additional information such as Shift Group and Zone

      4. Press 'Verify'

      5. Press 'Yes, verify' on the confirmation modal

      Disputing Shifts

      1. Press the burger menu in the top right of the screen

      2. Select 'Verifications'

      3. Check the box against each shift you want to dispute

      4. Press 'Dispute'

      5. Enter a comment and a start and end time (this will apply to all selected shifts)
