Viewing The Web Booking Log
This guide will talk you through how administrators can view view the outcome of web bookings via the admin side of the Web Portal
Web bookings log
The Web bookings log allows administrators to see all the web booking attempts per shift, and whether the requests were successful or not. This section is accessed via the Admin side of the Web Portal and is under the Web Booking section.
Administrators can filter the screen on Rota Group, Date range and Person.
Administrators will then be able to see all web bookings, and information about the booking. A full explanation of each column displayed is below:

Date of shift |
Duty Station |
Location of shift |
Start | Start time of shift |
Finish | Finish time of shift |
Person | Person who requested the shift |
Outcome |
Outcome of the request e.g. successful or failed and why it failed. |
A full list of the web bookings log can be exported to Excel by pressing the Export button, this will download an Excel file directly to your web browser:
